“Hey, just want to pass on to all of you (especialy service and parts) that you guys and gals do a great job. I love riding but don’t know a lot about bikes (but am learning) and you are always so helpful with answering my questions and the work you do on my bike. Don’t lose that! It keeps me and others coming back. Trust is a precious thing and I’m glad I can trust you. THANKS! Be Encouraged!”

“I am 60 years old and have purchased many motorcycles, cars and trucks over the years. The purchase of my new 2012 Bonneville has been, by far, the best dealer experience I have had in my life. No exaggeration. Luke Knowles is a very professional, entusiastic and knowledgeable salesman. When I did stump him with a technical question regarding the interface of the on-board computer, he responed “Gee, I should know that. Let me ask the shop guys.” In less than a minute he was back with the answer. When I asked the same question at your nearest competitor, I got a snow job about how only the shop is qualified to use that interface. At no time did Luke make me feel pressured, or that I was being handed a sales pitch. He was simply a fellow rider who was guiding me in an important decision. Diana Drake, your Empress of F&I, was an absolute hoot and made the usually boring and agonizing documentation part of the sale a fun experience. But above all was the family atmosphere of the place. The little touches, such as the “gimme” t-shirt and ringing the bell (especially the bell) go a long way with me, and I feel like there now is a buillding in Lynnwood with a bunch of new friends working there. I wonder if y’all realize what a powerful thing you have with that bell ceremony? It sounds silly, but it’s a very emotional thing. Anyway, thank you for making the usually painful experience of buying a vehicle from a dealer an enjoyable event. PLEASE don’t change a damn thing.”

“I went to the store looking for a truimph motorcycle and immediately I was impressed by the staff’s accommodation. The staff was very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right bike. Although I was’nt told that it would take a few days before I got to take the bike home it was no biggie. I am enjoying riding and I am considering coming back there for my second purchase next year. I would definitely recommend your store to my friend. Thank you for the excellent service.”

After several months of reviewing, test riding, pricing and internal debate, I finally made the decision to purchase a Triumph Tiger XC (sort of – see below). I live in West Seattle and work in Olympia. I looked at the dealer locater and the location that made the most sense was in Tacoma. I visited the shop and, while the experience was okay, I left with a less than positive feel. A friend in Seattle suggested I take the drive north to visit Triumph of Seattle in Lynnwood.

From the moment I waked into the store (which was very busy) I was greeted politely and professionally. Not the used car, high pressure approach, just making sure I was headed in the right direction.

I explained what i was there for and Joey introduced himself as the finance manager. He did not pass me off to sales, but took the time to listen to me and show me around. Joey even took the time to get the demo ride all set up and was there to see me off. When it came time to discuss details of purchase (btw: I was still 50/50 on the Tiger vs. 800 GS), he took the time to introduce me to the Sales manager, Michael and stay with me through all my questions. Michael was fantastic to work with; a no bovine scatology approach, just honest and direct, which was much appreciated.

I could go on for pages but in short; these two professionals took the time and effort to make me feel comfortable, introduce me to the different departments and answer every inquiry honestly and direct, even if it was not the answer i hoped for.

Summary; Triumph of Seattle is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable, professionals, who will insure your experience is top notch from start to finish. By the way, there is no finish! The great service is continuing with parts (Kim and Chris) and I have no doubt with service as necessary. Congrats to all for a job well done!

Hello! So this is a follow up to my initial review of my buying experience. As previously stated in earlier review, the buying process for my 2014 Triumph Tiger XC was stellar. Yes, I had a hiccup in the delivery of my bike, but the solutions and service that were provided went above and beyond. So the ‘hiccup’: My bike was scheduled to be in the store on Wednesday and I had initially planned to pick up on Thursday or Saturday. I had some scheduling issues come up and did not want to wait until after the holiday weekend to get my new Tiger. I called the Sales Manager, Michael, and explained my dilemma. Michael explained that he would work with service to see if bike could be ready Wednesday afternoon/evening (this was wednesday late morning). Michael and I spoke again in the afternoon and he let me know that the bike would be ready. I called to confirm hours and bike ready for pickup. I arrived at the store around 7pm (store closes at 8pm – summer hours). I was met with some confusion by parts and service staff. There was some miscommunication with service. short version – bike would not be ready until Thursday! Argh! Daniel, who is the Service Manager, came up and let me know that he is not comfortable letting the bike go until all the safety checks are completed (this is a good thing). Understanding that I was in a bind, Michael and Daniel presented a solution that I consider above and beyond ‘good customer service’. Daniel took me outside to used bikes and said “pick one, ride home tonight, and we will deliver your new bike tomorrow when convenient for you.” When and where does this happen these days? I received calls from Daniel and Michael on Thursday, letting me know the schedule for delivery. additionally; Michael took the time to write to me, explaining the mix up as well as offering a well written and sincere apology for the delay. The staff kept in constant communication with me regarding the delivery time for my bike. End of this delivery story: My bike shows up at my house, is unloaded, the guys take the time to go over the bike and answer my multitude of questions and make certain I am satisfied with everything. Now I have to back up a little to give kudos to the parts department. I had already worked with Chris and Kim in parts to get some riding accessories (pants, jacket and look at available options). Great service and very knowledgeable about what works and what does not for my use and riding requirements. I never felt like I was being pushed towards the most expensive, coolest stuff. I was guided to what works and what fits and given several options covering the price scale. So; back to the delay in delivery. I had already spoken with Chris regarding adding some luggage to the bike at a later date (I was feeling the pocket book pinch). With the slight delay in getting my bike, I asked Chris if we could go ahead and install the mounting rack for the bags I want and wait on the bags. “No problem! Consider it done.” When Bike is delivered, the Rack is installed, looks awesome and package with additional hardware, owners manual, etc are handed to me with directions on what to do when I am ready to add the bags. Since the delivery, I have put on over 400 miles. I spoke with Daniel in Service and he scheduled my bike in for the 500 mile service appointment. Once again, I have scheduling issues (maybe I should get a little more organized in time management) and Daniel comes up with a solution that works for me, on my schedule. Needless to say, Triumph of Seattle has won a customer for life. Currently my son and I are racing to see who is able to purchase our Triumph Thruxton first. I think he will win this race. Any guess as to where we will purchase these bikes? Not just for the bikes either. I have absolutely no reservations as to recommending Triumph of Seattle as the place to go for bikes, service, parts, accessories and just gaining some local flavor for rides and advice. While I am only mentioning some of the professional staff here, this recommendation and kudos goes to everyone at Triumph of Seattle. Worth the drive to Lynnwood. Thank you to the entire team. P.S. I love the Tiger!

Picked up a speed-triple for a screaming deal and a new Arai helmet. With all new locations and moving there were a couple of hiccups. The staff stepped up, I rode the speed-tripple home on Seattle first snow day of the year it was 37degs, cold but good.

Awesome service! Everyone is super friendly and honest. Had a problem a month and a half after a service visit and they came and picked up my bike and brought me a loaner. After evaluation it was not related to the previous work but they thought it should be covered under warranty so recommended i take it back to where i purchased it to hopefully save me some cash. Also they did like 6 hours of diagnostics at the second visit and only charged me for 2! everyone there loves cycles and seems to enjoy working there. Once this thing gets fixed I’m probably gonna head strait to triumph of seattle to trade up! Thanks!

From Surrey, BC, Canada.

First time in the store since it was Aurora Suzuki. Purchased a new helmet (an excellent Marquez “Indy Special” Shoei RF1200!), and some back protectors for my jackets. Beautiful store with a good selection of P&A for racing and street. Nice “classic” display area for the Bonny’s and Triumphs, as well as the other store areas for the Supersports Daytona 675s and also the KTM street and adventure line. Very relaxed feel and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. There’s free water and coffee and a nice area to chill on the big ‘ol couch & big screen telly; the Union Jack rug is a nice touch! An excellent “motorcycle experience” and will definitely be coming back again whenever I’m in Seattle… also as soon as my wallet recoups from my purchases – lol! Cheers and Thanks, Triumph of Seattle!

We purchased a 2016 Street Twin in February of this year. We had stopped by one day before the store opened and there were employees waiting outside to go in. My husband talked with them for a little bit as we were wanting to look at a used BMW that they had in the showroom. There weren’t going to be open for a while but they were all friendly and informative. Needless to say, we went back a few months later and the experience overall was fantastic. We have sent others to the dealership as well. Todd was our sales contact and he did a fantastic job. No pressure and just all around nice people! You won’t be disappointed.

Total Experience 5 Stars!

After more than 30 years away from motorcycles, last year the bug returned with the idea of riding again. Bikes are no longer “Analog”, they’re digital like everything else. Yes, much has changed and so many choices.

My brother, Rocky introduced me to Andy Nadeau at Triumph of Seattle. Andy took the time to “Get me into the right bike” and was extremely patient. Desired something more adult than my previous bike, a heavily modded CB750F Freddie Spencer replica set up for road racing.

The KTM 1290 Superduke R was at the top of the list. But, which version: 1290 SD, GT or Special Edition? Over the course of a year+, Andy kept in touch, invited to ride and together we drilled down to the right bike. In the end, a 2016 KTM 1290 Superduke Special Edition is parked in my garage! It’s going to be a long winter.

Special thanks to Andy, Garrett, Sonny, Danielle, Daniel and team as this is a great place to share a wonderful experience.

Now in winter storage, my 1290 SE is evolving with a host of KTM factory Power Parts and select aftermarket pieces. Appreciate Sonny’s suggestions and guidance.

I have been riding for well over 50 years. In that time I have voluntarily subjected myself to more than a few various brand dealerships. My experience at Triumph of Seattle stands head-and-shoulders above the treatment I had at any other dealership. The staff was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very professional. Never before did I have a dealer staff member call me after the sale and make sure I had made it home safely and was still enjoying the new bike (Thank You Xan for being the caring person to call and check up on me). Thank you Daniel for the great Triumph of Seattle t-shirts and key fobs. Thank you to Danielle for your most capable and thorough handling of the assorted documents. Thank you to Andy for being so friendly and willing to lend a hand whenever called upon. And, thank you to Garrett for putting together the package from the time I made my phone call until you approval of verbal agreements made during that interchange. You should all be proud of the job you do and the brand you represent.

Yesterday, my 05 Triumph America failed me for the first time; the battery died aboard a Washington State ferry. After being pushed off the boat and towed to Triumph of Seattle, the friendly, personable, thorough employees replaced the battery and charged me nothing for labor. I was thrilled with the whole experience; quality, speed and price of service. Getting back on the road as quickly as I did was entirely due to them. I will definitely be referring people to them and if I ever decide to replace my trustworthy Bonnie, it will be there. Thank you all!

best experience ever!!! My husband and i purchased two Zero Fx’s from Andy and the guys, from the time i made the first phone call till the time i loaded them up in the truck ( with considerable help from the guys ) nothing but pure excellence. Burt and I have not stopped riding our bikes since July and continue to say “OK this will be the last ride for the year” and then sneak in another as the weather gives us a little window of “not-rain”. If anyone is sitting on the fence about purchasing do yourself a HUGE favor and buy your fun from these guys, you will not be disappointed.

I brought my Scrambler 1200XE in for service, it was my first experience with the dealership. They were able to do a same day service as I was from out of town. While I waited I had some great conversation with several of the staff, it was readily apparent they all love motorcycles! Huge selection of bikes as well as parts, clothing and accessories; super stoked with my new Rev’it gloves and the fact the parts I needed for a project were in stock. Big shout out to Andy, Hailey and James who went out of their way to make me feel welcome, see y’all in the spring!

Picking up a screw in your tire can ruin your week. Your crew had me up and running again in less than a day. You had the tire I needed, Michael (excellent as always) got me scheduled, and Lucy got me checked in and called me back before I could grab lunch. Fantastic service as always. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Nothing but fabulous things to say about this shop, by far the best Triumph experience I’ve encountered coast to coast. Part of what make it special is that they do not know me as a buyer of the Tiger we got for Dad, nor as a returning customer for the clothing, parts and accessories I’ve purchased anonymously since. I was just an ordinary joe off the street, or in this latest case, an out of state caller representing lot of time and effort for a minimal (actually zero) cash benefit to their store. A super solid shout out therefore to Josh, who went way above and beyond recently to find a part for my Explorer, searching other dealers and surprising me with a call and a connection LONG AFTER I gave up. Kudos to the entire team who make it possible for y’all to be awesome.

I had an issue with the quality of an item that I bought online from Triumph of Seattle. After contacting the product manufacturer i was told to contact the place Id bought the item from.

Rick , in the parts department went above and beyond my expectations for customer service! He took care of the issue for me and was a superstar in communication and promptness all the way around.

Thank you guys!
